4. Premium Subscription
- Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Refunds are handled through Google Play's refund policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Submit false or misleading itineraries/reviews
- Scrape or harvest data from the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass or harm other users

Itineraries are user-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of any itinerary. Always exercise personal judgment when following itineraries, especially regarding safety and accessibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ItineraryWala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
